Reliability

We run two control centres concurrently, giving us a much larger capacity to handle calls and giving us the ability to offer more varied, bespoke services than many other providers. We were the first organisation in Scotland to attain accreditation from the Telecare Services Association – the industry body for telecare – and maintain that accreditation to this day.

We use the latest specialist call handling technology to ensure smooth call logging and fully customisable reporting tools.


Our staff

We are Investors In People and Investors in Diversity accredited and our staff as our greatest asset. Our calls handlers undertake rigorous training and we only employ people who fit in with our caring ethos.

Our history

We’ve delivered quality care and support services to individuals and organisations for more than 35 years. From humble beginnings as a branch office of the UK-wide Hanover Housing Association, we became a separate organisation in 1979 and grew to become one of Scotland’s leading housing associations for older people.

Our commercial services allow us to extend our high quality services to other housing associations, local authorities and charities across Scotland.
