Telecare

Peace of mind for your clients. Reliability for you.

We’ve been helping organisations provide high quality and reliable telecare services for more than 20 years, as well as doing the same for our 7,000 residents in the properties we manage. We’re Scotland’s largest not-for-profit telecare provider. We genuinely care about our customers.

Bespoke

Our monitoring services work seamlessly with a wide range of products, from straightforward community alarms to highly sophisticated systems including smoke, flood and fire alarms, bed and door monitors and other types of assistive technology.

We’ll help with procuring equipment and installation. We work closely with your key staff to carry out a systematic review of your telecare requirements, ensuring that whatever options you choose are the right ones for you and your clients.

Robust

We run two concurrent state-of-the-art call centres in different locations, making our service far more robust than single call centre organisations. It means we can provide in-house back up and business continuity, removing the need for a secondary support organisation thereby saving costs – savings we pass on to you.

Tailored reporting tools to suit you

We offer a wide range of reporting options clearly presented and delivered at a time and place to suit you. This lets you clearly analyse call trends and measure results against your objectives. You can even view reports in real time.

Quality staffing and a commitment to excellence

We were the first organisation in Scotland to obtain accreditation from the Telecare Services Association – which demonstrates high quality standards of service delivery – and we retain the accreditation to this day.

As a registered charity, we ensure transparency in everything we do, backed up by rigid corporate governance.

And we only employ the best. As an Investor in People accredited organisation, we’re committed to continuous training and development of all of our staff. We’re immensely proud of our sympathetic and knowledgeable team of calls handlers and we’re dedicated to becoming an Employer of Choice.

Working with responders

We have excellent working relationships with a number of suppliers across Scotland. Depending on your location, we can also partner up with responder services to provide a full call and response package.
